The Olde Mill Village Homeowners Association is a 32 year old town home development located in Mt. Holly New Jersey. Our Town homes and the environment we have nurtured at Olde Mill Village have attracted residents with diverse and considerable talents who participate on various committees and on our Board of Directors. Together, we have created and we maintain a community you can be proud to be part of, and to which you can make your contributions in areas of finance, architectural review, grounds management, social/recreation, newsletter/communications and other areas.
The Olde Mill Village Homeowners Association was incorporated at the direction of the developers, Jacodino Inc. in 1990 and relinquished to the homeowners in April 1996. Our goal is to maintain and improve the area for the benefit and enjoyment of every resident. All property owners in the subdivision are members of the Homeowners Association by virtue of the purchase of your property. Participation is encouraged. Any new ideas you may have for the improvement of the neighborhood are always welcome. We ask that all new members send us your email address in order to keep you informed of all Association and Township happenings.
Association Responsibility
The Olde Mill Village Homeowners Association of Mt. Holly, Inc. (OMVHOA) governs and maintains the business, affairs, and property that contribute to the overall ambience and property values in Olde Mill Village. The Association maintains the landscaping of common areas, tennis/multi-purpose courts and tot lot. This community seeks to provide a quality environment for all residents and a safe and friendly place for families to live.
OMVHOA is formed of a Board of Directors and committees, who are homeowners elected by the voting members. The Board of Directors is given its power through the community documents, which include the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, the Articles of Incorporation, and the By Laws. These documents give the Board the power to adopt, amend, and repeal policies and procedures as it deems necessary.
OMVHOA is a not for profit association with an annual budget of approximately $31,390.00. Our income is collected through assessments charged to our homeowners. Every year a budget is established for the next year to cover the projected expenses involved in maintaining the commonly owned landscaped areas, administrative functions, common ground insurance, tennis court and play ground area.
